These penalties help maintain fairness, safety, and the integrity of kumite competitions.
All intermediate and advanced divisions (kick/hand technique):Chukoku, keikoku, and hansoku chui. Web all beginner and novice divisions (kick/hand technique):Web common warnings in kumite include excessive contact, excessive intimidation, and stepping out of bounds.
