Web we hunt the med bow almost every year.From i25 at douglas or glendo, expect to drive about an hour to get to the national forest boundary, then an additional 30 to 60 minutes to get to your destination, so plan accordingly. Elk numbers are high, hunter numbers are high, but get away from the road and do some walking you will find elk.
